Qualifications

• Associate degree is preferred in related field.
• One year or more of experience in HR, recruiting, employment, or related area.
• Experience in high-volume, fast-paced hiring with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• At least one year of customer service experience, with strong communication.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact by greeting visitors, answering calls, and handling routine inquiries.
• Review applications for accuracy, verify eligibility, and update applicant information in databases and spreadsheets.
• Coordinate interviews, pre-employment requirements, new-hire paperwork, orientation schedules, and start dates.
• Maintain calendars and communicate status updates to prospective employees.
• Collect information, prepare routine reports, and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
