Job summary

Seaboard Foods in Guymon, OK is hiring an Employment Coordinator to be the first point of contact for applicants and visitors. You will greet candidates, manage calls, coordinate interviews, and guide applicants through onboarding processes.

You will maintain calendars and records, support staffing activities, and ensure hiring paperwork runs smoothly while upholding confidentiality and excellent customer service. This on-site role offers growth within our Employment Center.

Qualifications

• Associate degree preferred in a related field.
• 1+ years experience in human resources, business administration, recruiting, employment, or related area.
• Experience in a high-volume, fast-paced hiring environment.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience with strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.

Responsibilities

• Greet candidates and visitors, answer phones, screen inquiries, and route calls.
• Review applications for accuracy, verify eligibility, and update applicant information.
• Coordinate interviews, pre-employment steps, and new-hire paperwork with applicants and internal teams.
• Maintain calendars and communicate interview, physical, and application status updates to applicants.
• Collect required information, prepare routine reports, and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
• Build effective relationships while delivering excellent customer service, with overtime or weekend work as needed.
