Qualifications

• Associate degree is preferred in a related field.
• One year or more of HR, business administration, recruiting, employment, or related experience.
• Experience in high-volume, fast-paced hiring environments.
• At least one year of customer service experience.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.

Responsibilities

• Greet candidates and visitors, answer calls, screen inquiries, and route communications.
• Coordinate interviews, pre-employment steps, and onboarding schedules with applicants and internal teams.
• Maintain calendars and update applicants about interview, physical, and application status.
• Maintain accuracy of applicant data and records, and ensure confidentiality of HR information.
• Support staffing activities and help ensure hiring paperwork is completed smoothly.
