Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a proactive HR Generalist to support day-to-day HR functions across recruitment, onboarding, benefits, workers compensation, compliance, and employee relations. The role emphasizes data confidentiality, policy guidance, and employee engagement in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years in HR, are bilingual in English and Spanish, and hold or pursue SHRM-CP/PHR certification.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or a related field.
2–4 years of experience in a generalist HR role.
2–4 years of experience in fast-paced life sciences or manufacturing settings.
Working knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
Proficiency with payroll and HRIS platforms.
SHRM-CP or PHR certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

Oversee full-cycle recruitment: posting jobs, screening, coordinating interviews.
Lead onboarding/offboarding to ensure a smooth employee experience.
Maintain accurate HR records in HRIS and ensure confidentiality.
Support payroll and benefits administration, including open enrollment.
Provide guidance on policies and HR inquiries.
Monitor compliance with laws and internal policies; update handbooks.
Coordinate employee engagement and recognition initiatives.
Assist with performance management and improvement plans.
Prepare and deliver HR reports to Head of People Operations.
