Job summary

Insight Global's client is seeking a Human Resources Manager II to oversee all general areas of HR, including turnover, recruiting, payroll and benefits administration.

You will drive positive employee relations, monitor compliance with FMLA, ADA, EEO/AA, Workers' Comp and other laws, and foster a culture of safety with onsite training for partners. Fluency in Spanish and English preferred, with at least 3 years' HR experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years experience in HR generalist or HR manager.
• Experience with safety programs, compensation, benefits, recruiting, hiring and training.
• Comfortable working in a corporate environment onsite 5 days a week.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all general areas of human resources, including turnover, recruiting, payroll and benefits administration.
• Drive positive employee relations and ensure legal compliance with FMLA, ADA, EEO/AA, Workers' Compensation and other employment laws.
• Ensure partners are trained on safety policies and promote a culture of safety at the location.
