Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field; experience may substitute.
• 3–5 years of progressive HR experience across multi-site/state operations.
• Knowledge of CA and AZ employment laws; compliance experience.
• Experience with HRIS, ATS, and employee records management.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and compliant employee records and I-9 documentation.
• Manage HRIS data entry, reporting, file maintenance, and documentation tracking.
• Support recruiting, onboarding, training coordination, and benefits administration.
• Assist with compliance audits and external reviews across multiple states.
• Translate HR communications for Spanish-speaking employees as needed.
