Job summary

Mauser Packaging Solutions is seeking an HR Manager to lead human resources activities at the manufacturing facility, partnering with plant leadership to attract, develop, engage, and retain talent. The role focuses on compliance, a safe and inclusive workplace, and supporting operations through effective people strategies and employee relations programs.

The position requires bilingual English/Spanish, a high school diploma or GED, and a bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish required and strong communication skills.
• Knowledge of federal/state HR laws and regulations.
• Ability to build partnerships with plant leadership and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Leads day-to-day employee relations and performance counseling.
• Ensures fair administration of HR policies and practices.
• Resolves employee concerns within supported locations.
• Promotes employee engagement and morale through programs.
• Administers payroll, time, attendance, PTO, and benefits processes.
• Delivers and administers training programs.
• Maintains HRIS records and reporting.
• Supports recruitment activities and interview coordination.
