Job summary

The Judge Group is seeking an experienced HR Manager for a manufacturing facility in Pleasant Prairie, WI. You will lead recruitment, employee relations, safety compliance, and payroll administration to align HR with plant operations.

Bilingual English/Spanish is required to support a diverse production team; 5+ years HR, including 3+ years in manufacturing, with strong knowledge of labor laws, OSHA, and food safety culture. Bachelor’s degree required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years HR experience, including 3+ years in a manufacturing plant environment.
• Bilingual English/Spanish required for on-site onboarding and training.
• Deep knowledge of FLSA, FMLA, ADA, EEOC, OSHA and safety culture.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or equivalent.
• SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP or PHR/SPHR preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the HR lead for the plant, resolving employee issues and conducting workplace investigations.
• Translate communications and training into Spanish; oversee bilingual onboarding and safety training.
• Manage full lifecycle recruiting for hourly production staff, maintenance technicians, and plant leadership.
• Ensure compliance with federal/state/local labor laws and OSHA; collaborate with EHS on safety initiatives.
• Administer payroll, timekeeping, attendance, and benefits; maintain HRIS records.
