The Judge Group is seeking an HR Supervisor in Dallas, TX to lead manufacturing HR operations. This role requires bilingual English/Spanish and a strong background in employee relations, payroll, benefits, and compliance with employment laws.

You will oversee onboarding, benefits administration, recruitment support, and HR audits while developing the HR team and driving process improvements in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
• 6+ years of Human Resources experience.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.
• Manufacturing or warehouse HR experience required.
• Previous HR leadership or supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of employee relations, payroll, benefits, and employment law.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems.

Responsabilités

• Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, and HR policies.
• Oversee onboarding, orientation, benefits administration, and employee engagement programs.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
• Manage payroll, timekeeping, HR records, and required reporting.
• Support recruiting, interviewing, and hiring efforts.
• Lead HR audits, training compliance, and process improvements.
• Supervise and develop the HR team.
