Responsibilities

Lead talent and culture at the site with the HR Director and plant leadership.
Partner with Plant Leader and Talent Acquisition on plant staffing for exempt, non-exempt, and temporary roles.
Develop recruitment, retention, and training programs to enhance skills and ensure compliance.
Manage the full hiring process: postings, resume screening, interviews, onboarding, follow-up.
