Job summary

Crown Bakeries Pleasant Prairie, WI is seeking a Bilingual HR Manager to lead daily HR functions on-site. You will manage recruiting, onboarding, payroll, benefits, and compliance while advising plant leadership on people decisions.

The role requires 5+ years in HR, manufacturing experience preferred, and fluency in English and Spanish. You will report to the HRBP with a dotted line to the Plant Manager and work in a production environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 5+ years in human resources with manufacturing experience preferred.
• Proficient with HRIS/payroll systems; knowledge of GMPs and OSHA regulations.
• SHRM/HRCI certification encouraged; bilingual English/Spanish required; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment and onboarding for production staff and temporary workers; conduct new-employee orientations.
• Partner with department managers on employee relations and policy decisions; support payroll reconciliation.
• Develop and monitor compensation programs; administer performance evaluations and wage reviews.
• Maintain HRIS records and reports; ensure regulatory compliance (EEOC, FMLA, ADA, E-Verify, etc.).
• Deliver training sessions; implement company policies aligned with Crown Bakeries’ mission and values.
