Job summary

HR Additions is supporting a client in North Fort Worth, TX to hire an experienced Bilingual Human Resources Manager for the leadership team. The role oversees employee relations, performance management, training, recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, and compliance to foster a positive workforce.

The position is onsite, full-time, with a base salary of $105K-$110K and a 10% targeted bonus. Fluency in English and Spanish is required to support diverse operations and legal compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
• 7+ years of HR Management experience including employee relations, training, performance management and legal compliance.
• Manufacturing HR Management experience strongly preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Bilingual English/Spanish required.

Responsibilities

• Partner with plant leadership on HR strategy and workforce initiatives.
• Lead employee relations, investigations, and conflict resolution.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, retention, and engagement efforts.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws, policies, and HR best practices.
• Utilize HR data and metrics to drive decision-making and improvements.
• Coach and support managers on performance management and employee development.
