Hr. Additions is assisting a client in recruiting a Bilingual Human Resources Manager for North Fort Worth, TX.

This on-site leadership role covers employee relations, performance management, training, recruitment, onboarding, benefits, and compliance while fostering a positive, engaged workforce. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in HR or related field, 7+ years in HR management (manufacturing experience strongly preferred), and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
• 7+ years of HR Management experience including employee relations, training, performance management and legal compliance.
• Manufacturing HR Management experience strongly preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Hr. Additions has a client seeking an experienced Bilingual Human Resources Manager to join its leadership team. This role will oversee employee relations, performance management, training, recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, and employment law compliance while supporting a positive and engaged workforce.

$105K-$110K Base + 10% Targeted Bonus
