Hr. Additions is assisting a client in recruiting a Bilingual Human Resources Manager for North Fort Worth, TX.

This on-site leadership role covers employee relations, performance management, training, recruitment, onboarding, benefits, and compliance while fostering a positive, engaged workforce. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in HR or related field, 7+ years in HR management (manufacturing experience strongly preferred), and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
• 7+ years of HR Management experience including employee relations, training, performance management and legal compliance.
• Manufacturing HR Management experience strongly preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Partner with plant leadership on HR strategy and workforce initiatives.
• Lead employee relations, investigations, and conflict resolution.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, retention, and engagement efforts.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws, policies, and HR best practices.
• Utilize HR data and metrics to drive decision-making and improvements.
• Coach and support managers on performance management and employee development.
