Qualifications

• Primarily acts as first point of contact to triage employee inquiries and concerns.
• Daily contact via inbound calls and chats to identify the issue.
• May escalate to Functional Specialists for in-depth knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Resolve employee inquiries using contact center procedures and knowledge bases.
• Document all inquiries in the case management system (e.g., ServiceNow).
• Forward inquiries to Functional Specialists when needed.
• Notify team when knowledge base updates are required.
• Suggest process or training improvements based on recurring issues.
• Participate in special projects as needed.
