Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is seeking a Contact Center Representative to triage and resolve employee inquiries. The role involves daily inbound calls and chats to identify issues, with escalation to Functional Specialists when necessary.

You will contribute to a growing online knowledge base and support the HR Compliance function. Ideal candidates have strong communication skills, are detail-oriented, and can work independently in a structured environment.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma or GED required.
• Associate's degree in HR or related field preferred.
• 1 year or more in Case management systems (e.g., ServiceNow; Salesforce) preferred.
• 1 year or more in HR, Call Center, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Resolve employee inquiries and issues using contact center procedures and knowledge bases.
• Document inquiries in the contact center case management system.
• Escalate complex questions to Functional Specialists when needed.
• Identify recurring issues and suggest process or training improvements.
• Participate in special projects and contribute to knowledge base updates.
