Qualifications

• 1+ year in case management systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Salesforce) preferred.
• 1+ year in HR, Call Center, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Resolve employee inquiries and issues via contact center procedures and knowledge bases.
• Document all inquiries in the case management system (e.g., ServiceNow).
• Escalate questions requiring specialized knowledge to Functional Specialists.
