Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma/GED required.
• 1 year in case management systems (e.g., ServiceNow; Salesforce).
• 1 year in HR or call center or related field preferred.
• Bi-lingual Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Resolve employee inquiries using contact center procedures and knowledge materials.
• Document inquiries in the contact center case management system (e.g., ServiceNow).
• Forward inquiries to Functional Specialists when deeper knowledge is needed.
• Notify the team when updates to the knowledge base are required.
• Identify frequent issues and suggest process or training improvements.
• Participate in special projects as needed.
