Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is seeking a Contact Center Representative to triage and resolve employee inquiries via daily inbound calls and chats. This role requires effective communication, strong organization, and the ability to escalate when necessary.

The position supports the HR function and involves updating the knowledge base and collaborating with Functional Specialists. The candidate should be fluent in English, with Bi-lingual Spanish preferred, and possess at least a high school diploma.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma/GED required.
• Associate's Degree in HR or related field preferred.
• 1 year or more in Case management systems (e.g., ServiceNow; Salesforce) preferred.
• 1 year or more in HR, Call Center, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Resolve employee inquiries and issues using contact center procedures and knowledge resources.
• Document all inquiries in the case management system (e.g., ServiceNow).
• Forward inquiries to Functional Specialists when deeper knowledge is required.
• Notify the team when knowledge base updates are needed.
• Identify frequent issues and suggest process or training improvements.
• Participate in special projects as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
