Job summary

The position requires basic HR knowledge, strong written and verbal skills, and the ability to contribute to process improvements. Proficiency with ServiceNow or Salesforce is a plus.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma/GED required.
• Associate's Degree in HR or related field preferred.
• 1 year or more in Case management system(s) (e.g., ServiceNow; Salesforce, etc.) preferred.
• 1 year or more in HR, Call Center, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Resolve employee inquiries and issues using contact center procedures and reference materials.
• Document all inquiries in the contact center case management system (e.g., ServiceNow).
• Forward inquiries to Functional Specialists when deeper knowledge is needed.
• Notify team when knowledgebase updates are required.
• Identify unusual calling events and suggest process or training improvements.
• Participate in special projects as needed.
