Qualifications

• HS Diploma/GED required.
• Associate's Degree in HR or related field preferred.
• 1 year or more in Case management systems (e.g., ServiceNow; Salesforce) preferred.
• 1 year or more in HR, Call Center, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Resolve employee inquiries and issues using contact center procedures and knowledge resources.
• Document all inquiries in the contact center case management system (ServiceNow).
• Escalate to Functional Specialists when deeper knowledge is needed.
• Notify the team when knowledge base updates are required.
• Identify trends and suggest process or training improvements.
• Participate in special projects as needed.
