Job summary

Remis America in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a Bi-lingual Human Resources Generalist to support talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, compliance, and employee communications. You will be the day-to-day HR contact for employees and front-line supervisors in a manufacturing setting.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in manufacturing HR, strong MS Office skills, and the ability to handle confidential information.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration.
• 3–5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• SHRM/PHR certification preferred but not required.
• Fluent in Spanish and English preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and deliver solutions to support business leaders on decisions related to talent, employee relations, recruitment, and compensation.
• Coordinate and conduct new hire orientations and employee training development initiatives.
• Manage recruitment, selection, and onboarding of all facility personnel.
• Maintains employee records, data entry, filing, reporting, processing invoices, etc.
