Ultimate Staffing Services is seeking a Bilingual HR Generalist to join a client in Fort Worth. This full-time, direct-hire, on-site role requires bilingual skills in English/Spanish or English/Mandarin and offers a salary of USD55,000–USD60,000 per year plus medical, dental, vision, and 401K benefits.

The HR Generalist will support a broad range of HR functions, ensure policy compliance, and act as a trusted resource for employees and leaders across multiple HR disciplines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field is required.
• 1-2 years of HR experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with Paycom is a plus.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment, including posting job openings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and facilitating new-hire onboarding to ensure a smooth and positive transition.
• Provide guidance to employees and managers on workplace issues, conflict resolution, and employee relations while fostering a culture of inclusivity, collaboration, and engagement.
• Administer company policies and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws; stay current with regulatory updates and recommend policy adjustments as needed.
• Coordinate and administer employee benefits programs, support open enrollment, address employee questions, and serve as the primary point of contact for benefits-related matters.
• Support employee development by coordinating performance management activities, assisting with goal setting, and providing feedback to strengthen individual and team performance.
• Partner with leadership to coordinate training sessions and development programs aligned with organizational needs and strategic goals.
• Process accurate and timely payroll for salaried and hourly employees, ensuring compliance with company policies and state/federal labor regulations.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
