Job summary

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of legal requirements and reporting regulations affecting HR functions and ensure compliance.
• Coach managers on employee relations issues and align with policies.
• Support wage reviews and pay changes within established pay ranges.
• Coordinate onboarding, training, and performance management for assigned divisions.
• Draft and maintain personnel records and reports for government reporting.
