Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP is seeking a bilingual Field Recruiter based in Detroit, MI to collaborate with Operations and HR, manage staffing needs, and lead recruitment for multiple sites.

The role requires Spanish language proficiency, the ability to run job fairs, coordinate pre-employment screenings, and travel to sites as needed to support regional staffing. You will serve as the brand representative for frontline hires and deliver a strong candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or 6 months to 1 year related experience.
• May require a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Ops and HR to address staffing needs.
• Own frontline recruiting strategy for the site/region.
• Run high-volume job fairs, including interviewing and extending offers.
• Run backgrounds and drug tests where applicable.
• Travel as needed to ensure regional staffing support is met.
• Maintain data in applicant tracking system and report recruiting metrics.
