Job summary

Aurum Construction, LLC is seeking an HR Generalist for our Fort Worth, TX area, on-site role. You will manage onboarding, training coordination, and day-to-day HR support for employees in the Fort Worth office and on job sites.

Responsibilities include administering leaves, benefits, performance reviews, and policy development as the company scales. Spanish-English bilingual capability is required to effectively assist a diverse workforce in a fast-growing construction environment.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish (required).
• Proven experience as an HR Generalist.
• Solid understanding of HR policies and procedures.
• Good working knowledge of employment and labor laws.
• HRIS experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead employee onboarding and help organize training and development programs.
• Support employees on HR topics such as leave, compensation, and benefits, and resolve issues as they come up.
• Promote HR programs that build an efficient, respectful, and conflict-free workplace.
• Help develop and implement HR policies as the company scales.
• Support performance management, including coordinating quarterly and annual performance reviews.
• Track and analyze HR metrics such as time-to-hire and turnover to guide decisions.
• Maintain accurate employee files and records, electronic and paper.
• Boost employee satisfaction by resolving concerns, rolling out perks and benefits, and organizing team-building activities.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor regulations.
