Job summary

Ultipro is hiring an Onsite Staffing Manager for the Fort Worth area. This bilingual role will oversee day-to-day supervision of personnel to ensure timely, accurate delivery of goods and services at the client site, with a focus on exceptional customer service and workforce management.

The position requires leading a team in a fast-paced environment, coordinating recruitment and payroll processes, and building strong relationships with client supervisors and associates.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a team or process.
• HR and data management experience.
• Staffing experience required.
• Experience in a customer service role with multi-level client communication.

Responsibilities

• Anticipate staffing requirements and expectations; develop value-added services to support changing client needs.
• Coordinate recruitment, screening, interviewing, and hiring for assignments.
• Maintain timekeeping system and ensure payroll/invoicing accuracy.
• Provide productivity, headcount, attendance and other reports on request.
• Manage employee relations at the site including coaching, performance reviews, removals, and exit interviews.
• Conduct onsite orientation and safety training.
• Facilitate initial treatment and reporting of workers’ compensation incidents.
• Participate in scheduled service reviews at the client site.
• Act as liaison between the branch office and the client.
