Job summary

Aurum Construction, LLC is seeking an HR Generalist for our Fort Worth, TX area, on-site role. You will manage onboarding, training coordination, and day-to-day HR support for employees in the Fort Worth office and on job sites.

Responsibilities include administering leaves, benefits, performance reviews, and policy development as the company scales. Spanish-English bilingual capability is required to effectively assist a diverse workforce in a fast-growing construction environment.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish (required).
• Proven experience as an HR Generalist.
• Solid understanding of HR policies and procedures.
• Good working knowledge of employment and labor laws.
• HRIS experience is a plus.

The Role

As our HR Generalist, you'll be the go-to resource for employees in our Fort Worth office and in the field. You'll handle the full range of HR work, from onboarding new hires to keeping us compliant.
