Job summary

Jobot is seeking a bi-lingual Human Resources Generalist for an on-site role in Schaumburg, IL. The full-time position reports to the GM and covers HRIS, recruitment, benefits, policies, training, and employee relations across shifts.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field and 3+ years in manufacturing HR, with strong knowledge of HR laws and confidentiality. Great pay and comprehensive benefits accompany this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3+ years of manufacturing HR experience across multiple HR functions.
• Strong HRIS knowledge for data management and reporting.
• Proven recruiting experience including screening and interviewing.
• Excellent knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.

Responsibilities

• Oversee employee relations and advise management on HR issues.
• Maintain HRIS for data management and reporting.
• Lead recruitment from posting to selection with a positive candidate experience.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with regulations.
• Conduct training and development programs to enhance employee skills.
• Administer employee benefits programs and ensure compliance.
• Collaborate with management to identify HR needs and develop strategies.
