Job summary

Baird Consulting Group is seeking a bilingual HR Generalist to support multi-industry clients from our Baltimore-area office in a hybrid role. You will screen candidates in English and Spanish, translate HR documents, and maintain accurate ATS/HRIS records while ensuring compliance with I-9, EEO, and state laws.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in HR generalist or recruiting roles, experience with ATS/HRIS data entry, and the ability to communicate HR policies clearly.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish with strong written and spoken communication.
• 2+ years in HR generalist, recruiting, or staffing supporting multi-industry clients.
• Hands-on experience with ATS/HRIS data entry and I-9/E-Verify processes.
• Ability to explain HR policies clearly to candidates and managers.
• Commitment to data privacy and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Complete full-cycle screening and first-round interviews in English and Spanish for client requisitions.
• Translate and localize job descriptions, offer letters, and onboarding packets.
• Maintain high data accuracy in ATS/HRIS and produce compliance reports.
• Address employee-relations and benefits questions for bilingual staff promptly.
• Collaborate with recruiters to source bilingual talent and grow pipelines.
• Design and deliver bilingual onboarding and orientation programs.
