You will screen and interview applicants, coordinate drug screens, background checks, and I-9s to place people, while upholding our values of honesty, integrity, maturity and family-first culture.

Qualifications

• Ability to manage multiple customers daily.
• Ability to assess, delegate and follow up with customer orders and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Brainstorm new and exciting ways to get great people to work.
• Think outside of the box to attract candidates.
• Apply marketing skills to postings, social media sites, and the community to help us stand apart.
• Use your people skills and interview techniques to find the right candidate to fill our great opportunities.
• Continue to build a pipeline of people and actively look for a way to impact order fulfillment.
• Conduct the drug screen, background check, and I-9’s so we can get them to work.
