Qualifications

• Two+ years of staffing or recruiting experience preferred.
• Staffing industry experience required or strongly preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience in client-facing roles (HR, staffing, sales, customer service).

Responsibilities

• Recruit, screen, interview, and place qualified candidates
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of workers
• Communicate daily with applicants, employees, and clients
• Support client accounts and help manage staffing needs
• Build relationships with supervisors, managers, and business contacts
• Follow up with clients to ensure staffing needs are met
• Coordinate interviews, orientations, onboarding, and placements
• Help resolve attendance, scheduling, and employee issues
• Maintain accurate notes and updates in company systems
• Work with urgency to fill open orders quickly and professionally
• Represent SI Staffing with professionalism, respect, and accountability
