Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or equivalent experience.
• PHR certification preferred but not required.
• Minimum 3 years of HR experience.
• Bilingual English/Spanish required; reading/writing in both languages preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support onboarding, employee relations, payroll, benefits, and HRIS data accuracy.
• Advise managers and employees on HR policies and procedures; escalate complex matters to the Director of HR.
• Maintain confidential employee records and regulatory compliance; assist with audits.
• Coordinate leave programs (FMLA, ADA, workers’ comp) and timekeeping processes.
• Assist with training, policy updates, and HR projects.
