Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field.
• 3–5 years of HR generalist experience with benefits administration.
• Fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
• Knowledge of health plans and 401(k) retirement programs.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient with HRIS and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Serves as a trusted advisor to employees and managers in both English and Spanish, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
• Assists employee relations activities, including handling complaints, investigations, and documenting findings.
• Coaches managers on performance, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
• Administers employee benefits programs, including health insurance, leave programs, and 401(k) retirement plans.
• Communicates benefits and HR programs to employees; manages open enrollment and data audits.
• Maintains HRIS accuracy and generates reports to support decision-making.
• Supports onboarding, training delivery, and policy implementation across sites nationwide.
