Responsibilities:
Manage full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees
Support employee relations matters, investigations, coaching, and conflict resolution
Process payroll accurately and ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations
Maintain employee records and HRIS data
Administer new hire orientation and onboarding programs
Assist with benefits administration, leave management, and employee questions
Support performance management and employee development initiatives
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
Partner with leadership on workforce planning and HR initiatives
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required
Bilingual in English and Spanish required
3-5 years of Human Resources experience
Hands-on payroll processing experience required
Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
Experience with HRIS and payroll systems
Strong communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills
Job Details:
Schedule: Onsite, Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm

Compensation: $70,000-75,000 annually
