Job summary

Lee Hecht Harrison Nederland B.V. in Dallas, TX is seeking an HR Generalist for a 1-2 month contract. The role covers employee relations, full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, and benefits administration. Onsite schedule is Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm.

Requirements include 5+ years HR experience, bilingual English/Spanish, and a Bachelor’s degree (preferred). Knowledge of HRIS, employment law, and strong communication skills are essential. Competitive hourly pay and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Job Details:

• Compensation: $30-35/hr.

Pay Details: $30.00 to $35.00 per hour
