Job summary

Moss, the leading Solar EPC Contractor, seeks an HR Field Coordinator to support our utility-scale project operations in Wheatley, AR. You’ll serve as the on-site HR and administrative hub for field leadership and hourly teams, helping ensure a positive employee experience while handling onboarding, timekeeping, and records.

We value strong organization, confidentiality, and clear communication. Travel and occasional overtime may be required; bilingual abilities are a plus in this role.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years administrative, HR, payroll, or workforce coordination experience.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and follow-up skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Bilingual Spanish and/or Creole is a plus.
• Construction industry experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary HR and administrative resource for project sites.
• Support field leadership with daily workforce needs.
• Process and audit employee timekeeping for payroll accuracy.
• Coordinate onboarding, including pre-employment requirements.
• Handle transfers, promotions, pay changes, and offboarding.
• Assist with employee relations and escalate concerns when needed.
• Support recruiting by coordinating interviews and pipelines.
• Maintain employee records and HR reporting.
• Assist with audits, compliance, and apprenticeship programs.
• Support DOT and workforce development programs as needed.
