Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in administrative, HR, payroll, or workforce coordination.

• Maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary HR and administrative resource for assigned project sites.
• Support field leadership with day-to-day workforce and personnel needs.
• Process and audit employee timekeeping to ensure payroll accuracy.
