Job summary

Moss is seeking a Human Resources Field Coordinator to support our utility-scale solar project operations in Wheatley, AR. This on-site role partners with field leadership and hourly team members to ensure a positive employee experience while delivering essential HR and administrative functions.

You will manage timekeeping audits, onboarding, transfers and off-boarding, assist with recruiting, maintain records, and support compliance initiatives.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of administrative, HR, payroll, or workforce coordination experience preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communication and follow‑up skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
• Bilingual Spanish and Creole is a plus.
• Construction industry experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary HR and administrative resource for assigned project sites.

• Assist with compliance initiatives, audits, apprenticeship programs, and special projects.
• Support DOT and workforce development programs as needed.
