Job summary

Moss & Associates LLC, the leading solar EPC contractor in the United States, is seeking a Human Resources Field Coordinator to support our utility-scale project in Arcadia, Florida. This on-site role partners with field leadership and hourly teams to deliver a positive employee experience while handling HR and administrative duties.

You will drive onboarding, timekeeping accuracy, policy guidance, and data integrity, ensuring compliant payroll and smooth workforce operations on site.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Human Resources, employee relations, payroll, recruiting, or workforce coordination preferred.
• Experience supporting hourly employees, field operations, or fast-paced environment preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications; bilingual in Spanish and/or Creole is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary HR partner for assigned project sites and field teams.
• Collaborate with project leaders to address workforce needs and HR matters.
• Support onboarding, employee changes, transfers, promotions, and offboarding activities.
• Coordinate new hire onboarding and ensure proper integration.
• Support payroll accuracy by reviewing timekeeping and attendance.
• Provide guidance on HR policies and company programs; escalate complex issues.
• Maintain accurate HR records and support reporting and compliance.
