Qualifications

• 2+ years of HR experience.
• Experience supporting hourly employees or field operations.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

• Proficiency with MS Office applications.
• Bilingual Spanish and/or Creole is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary HR partner for assigned project sites and field teams.
• Support onboarding, changes, transfers, promotions, and offboarding.
• Coordinate new hire onboarding and ensure smooth integration.
• Review and resolve timekeeping and attendance-related payroll issues.
• Provide guidance on HR policies and company programs.
• Maintain accurate HR records and assist with reporting and compliance.
