Qualifications

• Bilingual English and Spanish required.
• 2+ years of administrative, HR, or related professional experience.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint); Canva experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Bring creativity and enthusiasm to employee recognition programs, celebrations, wellness initiatives, and events.
• Coordinate onboarding and orientation for new hires; assist with paperwork and materials.
• Maintain employee records, communications, and HR materials; support HR administrative processes.
• Assist with recruiting, background checks, and HR projects as they arise.
