Job summary

Uline is seeking a Bilingual (English/Spanish) Human Resources Coordinator for our Naples fulfillment center. You will be the go-to person for job candidates and new hires, shaping their first experiences with a seamless hiring process. If you are organized with excellent communication skills and ready to grow in HR, we want to hear from you!

Position located at 3830 Uline Drive, Naples, FL 34117. Pay ranges from $25 to $30 per hour, with hours Monday–Friday 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business or related field required.
• 2+ years HR or relevant administrative experience.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Bilingual English/Spanish — fluent in both verbal and written forms.

Responsibilities

• Contact candidates to schedule interviews, answer candidate questions and assist new hires with onboarding documents.
• Conduct candidate pre-employment assessments and maintain accurate candidate records.
• Communicate candidate details to interview teams, including management.
• Manage HR email inbox inquiries and follow-ups as needed.
• Provide administrative support, assist projects and complete weekly recruiting summaries.
• Assist with and conduct applicant interviews in English and Spanish.
