• Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field required.
• One year experience in Human Resources required.
• Bilingual, Spanish preferred.

Responsabilités

• Assists the HR Department with the day-to-day HR functions.
• Completes benefit enrollments and changes.
• Supports external recruitment & internal career opportunities, pre-boarding, and onboarding.
• Provides administrative support through data and records maintenance, reporting and other admin-related tasks.
• Assists in HR-related initiatives and maintains confidentiality and ethics.
• Maintains internal and external relationships with relevant stakeholders.
