Job summary

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• 1+ years of experience in Human Resources, Recruiting, Administrative Support or Office Administration.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience with HRIS systems (ADP experience is a plus).
• Manufacturing, warehouse, logistics, or production environment experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist with recruiting and hiring activities, including candidate screening, interview coordination, and job fair participation
• Support onboarding and new hire orientation programs
• Maintain employee records, training documentation, and attendance tracking
• Assist with benefits enrollment and open enrollment processes
• Review employee timecards and support payroll processing activities
• Respond to employee questions regarding HR policies, benefits, and workplace procedures
• Support employee relations matters and HR documentation
• Assist with workforce communications and HR initiatives
• Partner with the HR Manager on special projects and departmental priorities
• Provide administrative support to ensure efficient HR operations
