Job summary

Qual Pac (A Pro Pac Company) is seeking an HR Specialist (Bilingual/Spanish) in Charlotte, NC, to provide day‑to‑day HR support in a fast‑paced manufacturing and warehouse setting. You will assist with recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, attendance, payroll, benefits, leave, safety, training, and HR compliance.

The role reports to HR management, with a strong presence on the production floor and across multiple shifts.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Human Resources experience in manufacturing or warehouse environments.
• Experience with recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, attendance, payroll/timekeeping, benefits.
• Familiarity with FMLA, OSHA, ADA and workers' compensation is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as HR point of contact for policies, attendance, benefits, payroll, and workplace concerns.
• Support managers with attendance, conduct, performance, documentation, and policy compliance.
• Coordinate recruiting activities, postings, screens, and interviews; work with staffing agencies.
