Job summary

Ninesmw is seeking a Bilingual Human Resources Coordinator (English/Spanish) to support the Naples, FL fulfillment center. You will manage candidate communications, coordinate interviews, assist with onboarding, and maintain accurate records to ensure a smooth hiring process.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's in HR or related field, have 2+ years HR or admin experience, and demonstrate strong communication and customer service. This role offers competitive hourly pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

Pay from $25 to $30 per hour

As a Uline Bilingual (English / Spanish) Human Resources Coordinator, you’ll be the go-to person for Uline job candidates and new hires at our Naples fulfillment center, shaping their first experiences with us by ensuring a seamless hiring process. If you’re organized with excellent communication skills and ready to grow in HR, we want to hear from you!

Hours: Monday - Friday, 9 AM to 5:30 PM.

Position Responsibilities
