Uline in Pleasant Prairie, WI seeks a bilingual (English/Spanish) Human Resources Coordinator to be the go-to person for job candidates and new hires, shaping their first experiences with us by ensuring a seamless hiring process.

If you’re organized with excellent communication skills, ready to grow in HR, and comfortable working on-site, this role offers meaningful duties, from coordinating interviews to onboarding and records management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or related field.
• 2+ years in HR or relevant administrative experience.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) fluent in both verbal and written forms.

Responsibilities

• Contact candidates to schedule interviews, answer candidate questions and assist new hires with onboarding documents.
• Conduct candidate pre-employment assessments and maintain accurate candidate records.
• Communicate candidate details to interview teams, including management.
• Manage HR email inbox inquiries and follow-ups as needed.
• Provide administrative support, assist projects and complete weekly recruiting summaries.
• Assist with and conduct applicant interviews in English and Spanish.
