Job summary

Hyve Solutions, a TD SYNNEX subsidiary, is seeking an HR support specialist to assist our contingent workforce and the HR team in Olive Branch, MS. You will handle onboarding, I-9 processing, benefits administration, and daily payroll support while maintaining accurate records and compliance.

You will coordinate with staffing partners, prepare attendance and metrics reports, and provide timely updates to supervisors and managers, helping sustain smooth operation of our HR processes.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide support to contingent workforce with routine questions
• Generate badges-new/replacement badges
• Conduct new hire orientation for contingent workforce and FTE
• Process I9’s for NHO
• Support the HR team with open enrollment, Glint survey, employee engagement events
• Support ER partners with translation support
• Assign lockers
• Complete locker audits
• Support the conversion to Hyve process with contingent workers
• Work with staffing partners and payroll when there are payroll discrepancies
• Process the contingent worker attendance bonus report and staffing metrics report
• Provide additional support to supervisors and managers as needed
• Ensure supervisors/managers are provided with daily updates on call outs
• Process all contingent worker terminations, requests for corrective actions, coaching and counseling’s
• Complete everify-I9 process
• Ensure adequate amounts of badge cards, environmental policy cards, and lanyards are available for NHO-Monthly inventory of all items
• Complete additional tasks as needed within OB’s HR department
