Job summary

HYVE Solutions, a Hyve division under SYNNEX, seeks a Shipping/Receiving Supervisor to lead a warehouse team in Olive Branch, MS. You will drive daily operations, ensure safety and compliance, and coordinate shipping, inventory, and staffing with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years of supervisory warehouse experience, certification or progress toward CILT, and strong proficiency with Workday, Windows, Excel and related systems. On-site role with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years man management experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Recognized Warehouse Supervisory management certification or CILT, or working towards it.
• Knowledge of ISO audits and compliance within warehouse/logistics.
• Able to contribute effectively to business goals.
• Knowledge of high-value security requirements in warehousing.
• Proficient in Windows, Microsoft Word, Excel and email.
• In-depth knowledge of Warehousing systems.
• Flexible to travel as needed ≥ 25%.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day operations of a Warehouse department/shift.
• Ensure health and safety compliance through audits and daily checks by leads.
• Manage time and attendance in Workday for Hyve employees and contingent workers.
• Maintain records of received goods and reject unsatisfactory items.
• Ensure accurate shipping processes and propose improvements to senior management.
• Protect company assets and train staff per SYNNEX policies.
